Owls – the nocturnal bird with the eerie ability to turn their necks almost all the way around, are creatures that humans don’t normally get to see.
Floyd County Conservation’s Heidi Reams wants to change that. To do this, on January 30th from 6 to 8 p.m. Reams is leading a ‘Owl Prowl Night Hike’ at the Tosanak Recreation Area.
This is a free outdoor program – though Reams asks that participants dress appropriately for winter weather.
Due to COVID-19, we encourage participants to pre register in order to control group size and be able to socially distance along the hike. Click on the “Tickets” link to register.
