Two north Iowa men enter different pleas after barn break-ins

Charles City, IA – Two north Iowa men have entered different pleas after a pair of barn break-ins.

25-year-old Robert Patrick Frazer of Charles City, along with 23-year-old Dylan Michael Jones of Clarksville were charged back in January with breaking into a closed farm building in the 2200 block of Walnut Ave, with a 2nd break-in reported in the 2200 block of Villa Lane while trying to escape from law enforcement.

Court documents state that Frazer pleaded guilty to 3rd degree burglary and 4th degree criminal mischief. His sentencing is set for April 6th. Jones has pleaded not guilty to two counts of 3rd degree burglary and 4th degree criminal mischief with his trial set to begin May 20th.
