After having to cancel all grandstand events last summer due to COVID-19, the Butler County Fair returns with a full schedule for fairgoers in 2021.
The fair is scheduled from June 23-27 in Allison with a theme of “Good Run of Bad Luck,” which was also the title of a hit song by Grammy award winning, country music artist Clint Black, who will headline the grandstand entertainment Friday night, June 25th. Black, who has 22 number one singles to his credit, will be joined in concert by special guest Mackenzie Jalynn.
Other grandstand entertainment includes the “Night of Destruction” demolition derby Wednesday night, June 23rd, Bull riding and barrel racing Thursday night, June 24th, Scrambles night Saturday, June 26th, and Figure 8 car racing Sunday Night, June 27th. This year’s fair will also include free shows on the grounds including Ninja Experience and hypnotist Terry Stokes.
Tickets are on sale now. Details and a full schedule of events are available at butlercountyfair.com.
Last year, the Butler County Fair Board cancelled all non-youth related activities including grandstand, carnival, commercial exhibits, food vendors and on-grounds free entertainment due to the pandemic.
