Both men charged in a home invasion in Charles City earlier this year now know the sentences for their crimes.
18-year-old Booker Dean Wilder-Happing and 20-year-old Chris Paul Richard, both of Charles City, were arrested for breaking into an apartment in the 900 block of 13th Street in Charles City, attacking someone inside, and stealing a safe on February 6th.

He must also successfully complete all recommended substance abuse treatment and pay a $430 fine.
Richard previously pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree burglary. He was sentenced to 87 days in jail with credit for time served.
