Floyd County Historical Museum Welcomes Back Patrons

The number of patrons visiting the Floyd County Historical Museum in Charles City in 2020 was extremely limited due to the pandemic, but with COVID-19 restrictions now relaxed, Director Jennifer Thiele says they’re seen a resurgence in visitors through the first seven months of 2021.

With attendance aided by events like Saturday’s (07.31) Heritage Fest, Thiele says the summer months have been good for business.

Thiele says they’re rotating special exhibits about every four months with the “Making of Minneapolis Moline” tractor and “Snapshots of Floyd County” currently on display.
