Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Winneshiek County

Two people have been arrested on drug charges in northeast Iowa.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says a search warrant was executed at a residence at 306 Oak Street in Spillville shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday night, leading to the arrests of 38-year-old Andrew Quinn and 25-year-old Zoe Thibadeau, both of Spillville.
Quinn was charged with class D felony possession of a controlled substance; an aggravated misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance – third or subsequent offense; serious misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
Thibadeau was charged with class D felony possession of a controlled substance; serious misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance; serious misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
The arrests came after a lengthy investigation by the sheriff’s office with the assistance of the Winneshiek County Attorney’s Office. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
