Flood Warning in effect until late Wednesday morning for the Turkey River at Elkader.
* Until late Wednesday morning.
* At 11:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* The river appears to have crested just under 23 feet earlier this
morning.
* Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon and continue falling to 6.1 feet Monday morning.

tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday evening.
