A woman accused of burglarizing a home in Rockford on multiple occasions has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her.
40-year-old Sarah Schilling of Mason City was arrested in July after authorities say she targeted the same home in the 1200 block of 215th Street several times between June 9th and June 15th. Schilling allegedly forced her way inside the Floyd County house, stole several items and damaged two safes, including one holding long guns. The burglaries resulted in over $1,500 in damages,
Schilling was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary and one count of second-degree criminal mischief. She has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to stand trial beginning September 16 in Floyd County District Court.
