Northeast Iowa Authorities Investigate Homemade Explosive Device

Authorities in northeast Iowa are seeking the public’s help in their investigation of a homemade explosive device.

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says they’re looking for an unidentified male subject who set off the homemade explosive device on Jessie Street in Ossian shortly after 6:30 p.m. Sunday. The incident remains under investigation and the sheriff’s office says they’re aggressively pursuing all leads in the case.
