Veteran’s Day memorial services at the Chickasaw Veteran’s Memorial at the county courthouse in New Hampton begin at 11 a.m. Thursday.
American Legion units from New Hampton and Lawler, as well as VFWs from Alta Vista and Nashua will participate in the ceremonies, which can be heard live on 95.1 The Bull.
There’s also a 10:30 a.m. memorial service Thursday with a flag presentation at the Fredericksburg middle school hosted by the Fredericksburg AmVets. A luncheon will follow at Fredericksburg City Hall hosted by the AmVets Auxiliary.
