Special Election to Fill Chickasaw County Supervisor Seat Set for March 1st

A special election to fill the vacancy of the District 1 Supervisor in Chickasaw County will be held Tuesday, March 1st.
Supervisor Rick Holthaus of Alta Vista passed away January 2nd due to illness, opening a seat at a time when the Legislative Service Agency (LSA) is in the midst of setting supervisor district boundaries based on the 2020 census.
