Comet Trivia Night Returns After Two-Year Hiatus

After a two-year, COVID-imposed hiatus, Comet Trivia Night is set to return next month.

The event, entering its fourth year overall, is run and organized by 8th grade students at Charles City Middle School. This year’s trivia night is set for Saturday, March 5th with doors opening at 6:15 p.m. and competition starting at 7 p.m.

8th grade science teacher Amanda Rahmiller says there’s still room for more teams to enter.

Rahmiller says there’s also a silent auction, with donations of items still being accepted. Proceeds continue to go towards restoration of the 115-year-old chapel at Riverside Cemetery.

To sign up, sponsor a table or to donate a silent auction item, contact Rahmiller at the Middle School or email [email protected]

Rahmiller adds that you should not let the word “trivia” scare you away from participating.
