A makeover of a section of Interstate 380 just south of Waterloo has been delayed.
The Iowa DOT’s New Hampton construction office says the southbound lanes of I-380 from the Jesup Exit (exit 55) to U.S. Highway 20 was to be resurfaced with a hot-mix asphalt starting this past Monday, but due to weather conditions, the beginning of the project has been pushed to Monday, April 11th. The paving project will require intermittent lane closures and is expected to continue until mid-September.
