Charles City Area Development Releases New Promotional Video
The Charles City Area Development Corporation (CCADC) has released a new promotional video touting the City and surrounding area.
The video has been posted on the CCADC Facebook page and features civic and business leaders, including Tiffany Rottinghaus, owner of Mara Bridal and Cardigan Boutique.
The video also includes commentary from Cathy Rottinghaus, Market President for First Citizens Bank; City Administrator Steve Diers; Charles City Schools teacher Erik Hoefer and Communications Director Justin DeVore; Joel Biggerstaff, owner of Cedar River Pizza Company; and Bill Kyle with the Northeast Iowa Regional Airport.
The CCADC Facebook post also includes a link to the the website www.avenueofthesaints.com, which promotes the Avenue of the Saints Development Park, a 75-acre site located along South Grand Avenue at the northeast corner of the juncture with the Avenue of the Saints four-lane thoroughfare.
The website description says the, “location of the Avenue of the Saints renders the site easily accessible to transportation and major cities and is within Charles City’s South Grand Tax Increment Financing District.
