Floyd County Public Health is partnering with surrounding counties to evaluate the public health needs within its service area.
That’s Floyd County Public Health Administrator Gail Arjes, who says the community health assessment survey is conducted every five years.
The survey area also includes Chickasaw, Bremer and Cerro Gordo counties among others and Arjes says the survey will remain open though the end of August.
Below is a link to a brief survey (5-10 minutes). Completing the survey will allow public health agencies to evaluate the needs of the area and assist with future funding opportunities.
