Duane E. Harper, age 76, of Waucoma, IA passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 with his wife by his side at Country Winds Manor in Cresco, IA.
A memorial service will be held AT 10:30 am on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Stapleton, IA with Pastor Laurie Ludin-Nelson officiating the service. Burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery at Stapleton.
