Country Music’s Lonestar to Perform at NIACC

Country music group Lonestar will perform live in north Iowa.

The band will be live in concert at the North Iowa Community Auditorium on the NIACC campus in Mason City at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 9th as part of the NIACC Performing Arts and Leadership Series.

The band’s quadruple-platinum 1999 album Lonely Grill spawned four No. 1 hits, including the global smash “Amazed.” They won the Academy of Country Music awards for New Vocal Group in 1996, plus Single and Song Of The Year in 2000. They also won the CMA’s Vocal Group of the Year and International Artist Achievement award in 2001. 

Lonestar has sold more than 10.5 million records since their formation and their forthcoming album, TEN to 1, will revisit some of their biggest hits.
