Charles City Homecoming Week Includes McBooster Night Monday

Charles City Homecoming Week is underway with Sunday night’s bonfire and community pep rally.

Kim Scott is helping organize the festivities, which continue Monday (09.19) with McBooster Night.

Scott says proceeds from the coupon books go to the Comets Booster Club to support athletic programs at Charles City.

Homecoming week also features “dress up days” for students at all schools, the new “team dinner night” on Thursday, and another pep rally Friday afternoon in advance of the football game against Hampton-Dumont Cal, which will be followed by the Homecoming dance.

This year’s homecoming theme is “Back in Orange and Black.”
