Gintz says there will also be a visit from Mrs. Claus and a variety of food trucks to help showcase the park, which will be lit through January 1st.
The event will also feature the honoring of loved ones lost with the “Memory Lane” light display along the Cedar River on the West side of Bayou Bend by the big lighted public tree which will be lit at dusk.
Opening festivities Saturday night will also be highlighted by the fireworks show on the Main Street bridge starting at 7 p.m.
