The wife of Republican presidential hopeful, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, spoke to a group of supporters Wednesday (01.03) in New Hampton.
During her “New Hampton Conversations†session at The Pub at the Pinicon, Casey DeSantis touted her husband’s resolve in the wake of criticism he endured over how he handled the COVID pandemic in Florida and how it can translate to the White House.
DeSantis says one avenue for that is retaking control of domestic energy production.
DeSantis says her husband is also advocating for safe communities, which includes having the backs of law enforcement.
Casey DeSantis also made “Conversations†stops Wednesday in Waverly and Independence.
Governor DeSantis is scheduled for “Countdown to Caucus Tourâ€Â stops in Decorah Friday (01.05) afternoon and in Cedar Falls Friday evening.
