Deadline to Apply for Full-Time Chickasaw County EMS Positions Approaching

Earlier this week, the Chickasaw County Board of Supervisors offered an individual identified as “Candidate #1” the position of director of the County’s new ambulance service.  

Board Chair Matt Kuhn says Candidate #1 has accepted the post at a salary of $70,000 exempt, with a tentative start date of November 7th, pending a background check.

Who will work under the director of the new Chickasaw County EMS remains to be seen.

The deadline for submission of applications for the five full-time ambulance positions is 4 p.m. Friday, October 28th, with hopes of beginning interviews in early November.
