City, County Give Updates on Charles City Flooding, Need for Sandbaggers

Here is an update from Charles City and Floyd County on potential flooding  of the Cedar River in Charles City and the need for volunteers to held  with sandbagging efforts and/or if you need sandbags for your own property.
