Summer is here and soon we all will celebrating another epic 4th of July defining Charles City once again as an Iowa Great Place. To make our family and community celebrations even more special TLC is offering homemade pies made by Pam Lumley for your picnics or workplace special treat days.
Pam who has retired from her catering service and is now the TLC child care center cook offered to make her luscious pastry sensations to help raise funds to purchase more chairs for our rooms at TLC. We have more than 40 new friends that have come to TLC since we moved into our new location and we need more chairs for our more friends.
