Howard Co. Fair Alerts to Ticket Scams, Sammy Kershaw at Butler Co. Fair Saturday

The Mighty Howard County Fair is reminding the public to be sure that when they purchase tickets online for the fair that they are bought only from their verified vendor partner.

For the 2024 Fair, June 26 through the 30th in Cresco, the ONLY on-line ticket company the Fair has contracted with is Etix and no others. To purchase tickets on-line for the Howard County Fair, use Etix and only Etix. Officials add that “they are a very good and trusted on-line ticket company.”

They also note that one different on-line ticket broker has been selling Sawyer Brown tickets for “ridiculously high prices” of $200 to $700 each for a concert on June 28th at the Delaware County Fair in Manchester, which is the same date as the Howard County Fair. However, Sawyer Brown is not at the Delaware County Fair, which isn’t until July.

Meanwhile, Sammy Kershaw is performing this Saturday (06.22) night at the Butler County Fair in Allison, a new feature according to Fair Board member Derek Prostine.
