Board of Supervisors Sponsor Tuesday Events at Floyd County Fair

While Wednesday (07.19) is officially day one of the Floyd County Fair, Tuesday (07.18)does offer a light schedule of events on the fairgrounds.

Tuesday’s fair sponsor is the Floyd County Board of Supervisors, which chair Mark Kuhn recommended, during their regular Board meeting Monday, is a good opportunity to be available to the public.

Tuesday’s schedule includes judging of 4-H static exhibits and the baking andTall Corn contests. There’s also the 4-H Hall of Fame ceremonies, 4-H Fashion Show, and the crowning of the fair queen as well as the Little Miss and Little Mister winners. That program starts at 6:30 pm in the Youth Enrichment Center.
