City Public Library Zastrow Room. Brad Hanes is a career real estate professional with an
extensive background in all aspects of the real estate industry who has developed over 100
courses and seminars throughout his career. The seminar’s focus is residential property
management with topics including Chapter 562A Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant
Law; duties of property managers; rights and obligations of parties to a lease; landlord
obligations, tenant obligations; avoiding bad tenants; eviction; landlord liability; landlord and
tenant remedies, to name a few. Practical property management examples will be woven-in
