It’s National FFA Week February 17th through the 24th.
Karla Pickar with the New Hampton High School FFA Chapter says they’ll begin recognizing the week by serving others this Monday (02.19) morning.
Pickar says the chapter will also compete Monday in the leadership development subdistrict in Cresco.
The Charles City FFA Chapter will head to the subdistrict in Rockford Monday, according to ag teacher and advisor Bret Spurgin.
Spurgin made his comments at last Monday (02.12) night’s Charles City School Board meeting, which also included a Parliamentary Procedure demonstration by FFA members Ava Monitor, Bennett Hansen, Bryce Walker, Emma Prichard, and Joslyn Bormann.
