Iowa Department of Transportation Field Services Coordinator Pete Hjelmstad joined Chris Berg to provide an update on the Floyd interchange project and the traffic pattern change that will go into effect beginning Tuesday Nov. 22. We also spoke about winter driving conditions and more.
