Charles City Mayor Dean Andrews was the KCHA Community Conversation, discussing nuisance properties and an upcoming meeting with landlords; the water resource recovery facility was another topic of discussion in which several thousand gallons of Cedar River water went through the plant due to a broken manhole; other topics.
