In February, Rochford pleaded guilty to both counts and received a suspended sentence with two years probation, plus pay about $1,700 in fines. Last week, Burgos changed her pleas to guilty and awaits sentencing. Fitzpatrick has pleaded not guilty and faces a June 7th trial date in Winneshiek County District Court.

Sheriff Dan Marx says this is an active and ongoing investigation with additional arrests/charges forthcoming.

Last month, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Jenna McLaury of West Union on two counts of prostitution after she turned herself into authorities.

According to court documents, the West Union Police Department was contacted by Winneshiek County about a possible case of prostitution. On February 15th, police began an investigation involving McLaury and a male who claimed he paid her a total $750 for sex on two occasions, once at Dutton’s Cave near West Union and a second time in her apartment in West Union.
