Charles City Singers Spring Concert Sunday

The Charles City Singers spring concert this weekend will pay homage to the “Songs of the Stage and Screen.”

The performance will include songs from various movies and broadway musicals spanning several decades. Alto Linda Hughes says they’ll also include songs from the small screen.

The Charles City High School Choir also makes a guest appearance during the show, which starts at 2 pm Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church. Tickets are $10.

Hughes also encourages new members to join the Charles City Singers.
