History of KCHA to be Discussed Saturday (05.20) at Floyd County Museum

The history of KCHA is the focus of discussion this weekend at the Floyd County Museum in Charles City.

The museum’s next “Chautauqua Talks” features retired University of Iowa archivist, David McCartney, a Charles City native who is part of the KCHA history himself.

McCartney’s presentation this Saturday (05.20)begins at 10 am in the museum’s community room and is free of charge. If you are unable to attend in person, the talk will also be livestreamed on the Floyd County Museum Facebook page.

McCartney was a guest on the KCHA Morning Show with Chris Berg, Kay Winkelman and Jim Coloff Friday to preview his presentation. Click here to listen.
