The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at a residence on 140th Street in Calmar on July 24th.
46-year-old Jeremy Wemark was charged with possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, a class D felony.
The investigation continues and additional charges are pending.
