No Injuries Reported in Monday Morning Chalres City Fire

No injuries were reported in a Monday (10.30) morning fire in Charles City.

Fire departments from Charles City, Colwell and Floyd responded to the 500 block of North Illinois Street at about 9:30 am. Charles City Police say they were notified that everyone had evacuated safely out of the apartments of the building.

Charles City Fire Rescue says crews were on scene for a couple hours and preliminary investigation appears the fire was concentrated around the furnace.
