Children will be able to pass along their Christmas wishes again this year at the Santa House in Charles City’s Central Park.
Santa Claus will visit with kids and pose for photos from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday, December 2, as well as from noon to 2 pm on Saturday, December 9, and from 1 to 3 pm on Sunday, December 17.Â
Main Street Charles City will also be offering Rides With Santa from 4 to 7 pm on Saturday, December 16, while Mrs. Claus will be reading stories and handing out treats at the Santa House.Â
Reservations for Wagon Rides with Santa are available at www.charlescitychamber.com. Single-rider tickets are $5, or reserve the whole wagon for $40 for up to 10 riders. Early registration is encouraged to guarantee your place. Walk-ups the day of the event will be dependent on open ride spots.
Kids are also reminded there’s a mail slot in the door of the Santa House to slip in their Letters to Santa at any time. Include a return address for Santa to send them a postcard confirming their list was received.
