Nashua Area EMS Passes Six-Month Mark

The new Nashua Area EMS recently passed its six-month mark of providing ambulance service to the City of Nashua.

Director Zenda Vikturek says the community reception of the ambulance, launched July 1, 2023, rates a “10 out of 10.”

She’s also impressed with their generosity.

Vikturek acknowledges that their success comes from the dedication of those who help staff the ambulance.

Vikturek adds that they continue to recruit and train additional EMS personnel so they can provide Nashua ambulance service 24/7, with the number of calls from July 1st through December 31st as evidence of the need.

In addition to ambulance calls, Vikturek says providing the service also includes presence at community and Nashua-Plainfield athletic events.
