Binkley Suspends Presidential Campaign

After launching his campaign in April 2023, which included over 200 events in Iowa, Republican Presidential hopeful Ryan Binkley has suspended his campaign.

Binkley,  who visited with voters in Charles City last June, says he is now offering his endorsement and unwavering support for President Donald Trump.

Back in November, Trump himself touted Binkley for outperforming Florida Governor Ron DeSantis as the first candidate to complete the “Full Grassley” by visiting all 99 counties in Iowa; countering a claim made by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds on behalf of DeSantis during a rally in Charles City on November 19th. Binkley hit the milestone on November 10th.

Binkley told KCHA/95.1 The Bull last summer that the Republican Party has work to do to gain back the White House.

Despite being one of the first Republican candidates to campaign in Iowa, Binkley never gained much traction, polling less than 1% in the state.

In suspending his presidential quest, Binkley thanked his family, friends, campaign team, 80,000 plus financial supporters, and the hundreds of volunteers who helped share his vision.
