Snow forecasted for Friday (03.22) interrupted work at the new Highway 18/27/218 interchange at Floyd.
Pete Hjelmstad is with the Mason City District office of the Iowa DOT. He says crews have been removing the “crossovers†that were put in place during construction of the interchange, but they had to alter plans in light of the impending weather.
Hjelmstad says work will resume after the weather settles down.
