Charles City Police Captain Brandon Franke, who is also on the Committee of Floyd County S.I.E.L.D (Substance, Harm, Intervention & Education for a Lasting Drug free Floyd County) was the featured guest on KCHA’s community conversations (3/26/24) to talk about the program.
