Kindness Square Inclusive Playground Celebrates Grand Opening in New Hampton

While kids of all abilities have been playing  there for a few months now, Kindness Square Inclusive Playground was declared “officially” open during grand opening ceremonies Wednesday (06.05) evening in New Hampton’s Runion Park. 

Jenny Montieth with MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center told the crowd of about 150 people that she has served on many committees, but none like the Kindness Square committee.

Festivities also included bouncy houses, face painting and other kids activities, and a ribbon cutting ceremony.
