The Charles City Elks Lodge #418 will host a Community Family Picnic this Saturday (07.27).
Bruce Winkelman with the Elks says festivities will begin at 11 am.
Winkelman says there will also be face painting, hair tinsel, and a watermelon-eating contest, plus the opportunity to become an Elks member.
