Mitchell County Fair Gets Underway in Osage Wednesday (07.31)

 The Mitchell County Fair officially opens its five-day run in Osage on Wednesday (07.31).

Festivities Wednesday included the naming of  Annalee Schwarck and Weston Johanns as Little Miss and Mr. Mitchell County respectively. That was followed by the crowning of Emma Schipper as Mitchell County Fair Queen. Grandstand entertainment Wednesday night is the ECI Truck and Tractor Pull starting at 7 pm.

Thursday’s (08.01) grandstand entertainment is Tuff Truck Nationals, with the Rice Rodeo Company “Bulls and Barrels” on Friday (08.02) night and the Masters of Disaster Demolition Derby Saturday (08.03) night.

The Fair continues through Sunday (08.04).
