Pumpkins Help Raise Funds for New Hampton Youth on Thursday (09.26)
The New Hampton Middle and High School cross country team will be selling pumpkins from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday (09.26) at the Famer’s Market for the Einck Family.
Chickasaw County Public Health Administrator and family friend, Lisa Welter, says all the proceeds go to the Einck Family on behalf of their son, Brady.
Still, Welter says Brady, in fourth grade, attends New Hampton Elementary School every day with the help of a one-on-one nurse.
He’s also been buoyed by community support.
In addition to the pumpkin sales, funds will also be raised through the sale of B-Man Stickers by On Track Signs and with proceeds from meals provided by the Melissa E. Reicks Foundation.
Thursday’s Farmers Market in New Hampton, at the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and Main Street, is the final market of the season.
