Volunteers Welcome Saturday (11.23) to Help Decorate Charles City for the Holidays

Opening ceremonies for this year’s “Santa’s Shining Lights” in Charles City’s Central Park are set for 5 to 7 pm Saturday, November 30th. A holiday fireworks show will follow near the Main Street bridge.

Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Mark Wicks says extra help is welcome as preparations continue this weekend.

Volunteers can report to the Lions Rose Garden Saturday (11.23) at 3 pm and/or at Central Park Sunday (11.24) after 9 am.
