A funeral service for 89-year old Merlyn Clapp of Charles City will be held on Saturday, February 1st, at 11:00 a.m. at Gospel Lighthouse Church in Floyd. A fellowship dinner will be served directly after the ceremony. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Charles City.
Visitation will be held 9:30am until the start of the service at the church on Saturday. Hauser-Weishaar Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Merlyn passed away Monday, January 27th, at the Nora Springs Care Center with his loving family at his side.
