Reverend Michael ‘Mike’ Downey, 70, of Charles City

A funeral service for 70-year old Reverend Michael ‘Mike’ Downey, of Charles City, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 5th, at the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Floyd. Inurnment will be at a later date.

Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church on Saturday. Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home of Charles City is in charge of local arrangements.

Reverend Downey passed away Monday, March 31st, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus in Rochester, Minnesota with his loving family by his side.
