Heartland Days festivities begin Friday (06.13) night in New Hampton.
New Horizons Chamber Executive Director Liz Zweibohmer says the Heartland Days parade will begin at 6 PM, starting on South Walnut turning onto Main Street and then onto South Water Avenue.
The forecast (as of 5:30 pm Thu) calls for a partly sunny sky with a high in the low 80s, plus a slight (20%) chance of rain Friday night until about midnight.
Zweibohmer encourages parade attendees and downtown shoppers to plan accordingly.
