Charles City Chamber Golf Outing Date Changed to September 11th
Due to a scheduling issue, the 29th Annual Chamber Golf Outing at Wildwood Golf Course in Charles City has been pushed back a week to Thursday, Sept. 11th.
The nine-hole, four-person best shot tournament is being hosted by the Charles City Area Chamber of Commerce, but you do not have to be a Chamber member to participate.
The cost is $45 per golfer, or $180 per team, and includes a round of golf, green fees, cart rental, hole contests and pin prizes, as well as a burger bar, Chamber gift and a chance to win door prizes. Golfers will have their choice of shotgun tee times at either 2 p.m. or 5 p.m.
There will be a limit of 10 teams at each of the two tee off times.
