Avalon Center Marks 25 Years with 4th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Thanksgiving Morning

Leah Weber with the Avalon Center joined us to talk about the upcoming 4th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run and Walk, happening Thanksgiving morning in Charles City. The event celebrates the center’s 25th anniversary with fun additions like finisher medals, swag bags, and even a turkey costume or two. Proceeds help fund counseling tools and supplies for Avalon’s therapists serving local schools and communities. Costumes are welcome, and everyone’s invited to join in on the holiday tradition.
