Patricia “Pat” Levenhagen, 85, of Charles City, passed away at home on Sunday, February 1, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
A funeral Mass for Pat Levenhagen will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 6, 2026, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Charles City with Reverend Tom Heathershaw officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. at Rockwell Cemetery in Rockwell.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home with a Rosary being prayed at 4:30 p.m. Visitation will continue for one hour before the service at the church on Friday.
